CEO-HEALTH, Ethical Medical Outsourcing, was set up in 2007 by Europeans and Thai medical doctors to answer specific unmet medical needs in customized preventive medicine and health enhancement programs for business leaders and health conscious individuals.

CEO-HEALTH’s founder and CEO, Dr Gerard Lalande is a French physician with 21 years experience in Ethical pharmaceutical business in the North and South East Asia regions. Graduating from Paris XIII medical school with post diplomas in aeronautical medicine, tropical medicine, emergency medicine, he initially worked for the Pasteur Research Institute before joining the pharmaceutical industry.
Based in South East Asian countries since 1987, he has been working as medical director and then managing director of a leading research-based European firm involved in cardiology, endocrinology, neurology and orthopedics research.
Throughout these years, he has had the privilege to deal with leading physicians and surgeons especially from Asian and European medical schools, establishing with many of these specialists long lasting professional relationships.
His particular interests are preventive medicine and wellness.
He is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) since 2000 and executive member of the Thailand YPO chapter. He is also a French Foreign Trade advisor – Thailand section (CCE or Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France) since 2003.
