Medical check-up and health enhancement program

CEO-HEALTH does not examine the client, and as such, does not make the decision to carry out the program’s recommended tests and investigations at the time of the procedure.

CEO-HEALTH makes recommendations and facilitates coordination with regarding the individually tailored program only.

The hospital management, physicians, surgeons and medical staff where the program is implemented accept responsibility to carry out these tests and only with the consent and agreement of the clients.

Each person who agrees to participate in the CEO-HEALTH program, as with any medical provider, must carefully read and sign the required disclaimer and consent form upon patient registration at the hospital where the program will be implemented.

When accepting to undertake the CEO-HEALTH program, the client accepts all potential risks inherent to the tests and investigations included in his / her program as directed by the physicians practicing within the hospital facility.

The client is fully aware that some of the tests and investigations like any medical procedures, carry certain risks and the client acknowledges that no guarantees or promises have been made to them with respect to the results thereof.

As such, CEO-HEALTH does not assume any liability, whether express or implied, delegable or non-delegable, with regards to any potential medical complications, whatsoever the origin, subsequent consequences, professional misjudgments, inconvenience, diagnostic errors, which may arise during and after the entire procedure.
