CEO-HEALTH medical team provides medical referrals to expatriates living in Thailand and overseas patients.
Does CEO-HEALTH provide medical consultation?
No, CEO-HEALTH does not provide any medical consultation, as CEO-HEALTH medical staff does not examine any patient.
It does however provide recommendations for a consultation with a medical specialist. These recommendations are made from over 20 years of experience in the health care industry in Thailand
Why do I need to provide my personal details?
These personal details are required to deal with the doctors and hospitals prior to securing any consultation. These details are used by CEO-HEALTH for the sole purpose of obtaining an appointment for medical consultation.
Does CEO-HEALTH provide “general information on health issues”?
No, CEO-HEALTH does not provide such medical information. Your physician will be in the best position to inform you about your medical condition. CEO-HEALTH provides recommendations for consultations with medical specialists, who could subsequently inform you about your medical queries.
Does CEO-HEALTH charge any fee for providing recommendations?
No, CEO-HEALTH does not charge any fee to the client. CEO-HEALTH gets remuneration from the hospitals for coordination fees.
Does CEO-HEALTH receive financial reward from the doctors?
No, CEO-HEALTH does not receive any financial reward from the doctors. It only receives remuneration from the hospital administration for coordination fees
Can I cancel my appointment for medical consultation?
Yes, you can cancel your appointment but as a matter of courtesy for the doctor and hospital staff, we request that you promptly inform CEO-HEALTH and/or the doctor about the cancellation.
Can I mention to the doctor that my appointment for consultation was proposed and secured by CEO-HEALTH?
Yes, you may inform the doctor that CEO-HEALTH proposed his name for your consultation.
Should I ask the doctor to contact CEO-HEALTH about my illness?
You do not need to ask the doctor to contact CEO-HEALTH about your illness.
In all cases, CEO-HEALTH does not interfere, in any way, with the decision made by the physician or surgeon. The medical treatment you received is under the sole responsibility of the prescribing physician.
Can I ask the doctor to contact CEO-HEALTH about my illness?
If you wish to do so, you may ask the doctor to contact CEO-HEALTH about your illness. It is however the doctor’s sole decision to accept or decline to contact CEO-HEALTH.
Will I pay more or receive a discount with a CEO-HEALTH recommendation?
The cost charged by the hospital for the consultation and/or the medical tests are the same with or without CEO-HEALTH recommendations.
Can I inform CEO-HEALTH about the service I received from the proposed hospital/doctor?
