At CEO-HEALTH we are committed to ensuring that we protect the privacy of our clients and customers. We will do our best to ensure that any private information you provide us [or that we collect as a result of your visit to our website is treated appropriately. The Information We Collect About You
When you enter our website, we automatically collect and store certain information. This consists of Internet Protocol Address and domain name, the type of browser and operating system you use, the time of your visit, and the pages of our site you visit. If you register with us, we will collect additional personal information, such as your name, e-mail, address, telephone number, and product preferences. We do not use cookies to track information about you.
How We Use Information
The information we collect is used for administrative and technical purposes, such as to determine the number of visitors to our site, determine the most popular pages, to review types of technology you are using, determine which link brought you here, assess how our advertisements on other sites are working, and to help with system maintenance.
As we affiliate with various third parties to provide our services, we will only disclose your personal information as necessary, and solely to provide said services. Personal information provided may include the following:
Personal details, such as name, date of birth, nationality, telephone number, mailing address, and emergency contact information may be required by medial centres and hotels/resorts.
Personal medical information such as family medical background, personal medical background, weight, height, blood pressure, current medications, and/or current symptoms is utilized to provide our services. This information will only be disclosed to medical personnel under the duty of confidentiality to the partnered medical centres and is necessary to customize your medical procedure (medical check-up, medical or surgical intervention) and to organize your stay prior to your arrival at the hospital.
Your personal medical information and the outcome of the medical procedure will be kept in strict confidentiality except as reasonably necessary to provide our services. Your medical information will be stored offline by CEO-HEALTH unless you request to opt out. As client confidentiality is of the upmost importance to CEO-HEALTH, we will not disclose your personal medical information to anyone including your family members, unless a request is made by you in writing.
Based on the outcome of your medical check-up, the medical doctor coordinator may provide you with valuable health recommendations. CEO-HEALTH may provide the individual recommendations regarding your diet and exercise program to the relevant staff of the resort where the wellness period will take place (Programs C and D). Cooperation between CEO-HEALTH and our affiliated resorts is necessary to provide you with a customized wellness experience. However, no personal medical data such as cholesterol level, body mass index, composition, and/or medical recommendations will be disclosed to resort staff. Only “Diet and exercise” recommendations will be only provided.
We use information contained in your emails only for the purpose of responding to those emails. If we ask you to fill out any forms or surveys, we will use the information we receive only for the specific purposes indicated in those forms or surveys.
Your Right to See and Correct Information
If you wish to see the information we collect about you, please contact Dr Gerard Lalande, Managing director. If you feel the information is incorrect, please send any corrections to us at medical.department@ceo-health.com. We will update your information.
Your Right to Opt Out

Children's Policy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18 years old. We delete any information that we discover has been provided by children. We do not include any information on this site that we consider unsuitable for children, but we cannot guarantee the content of any linked research sites we may list.
Security Issues
We make every effort to protect the integrity of your information by limiting the right of access to necessary employees that need to use the information to respond to or process your request or transaction. As with any online transaction, you should be aware that any information sent via the internet may not be secured. Although we value and strive for security, it is possible that a medical questionnaire sent online might be viewed by unknown third parties, and those third parties may potentially make use of such information in an unlawful manner. By sending your personal medical information online, you assume all risks and accept all liability for acts of third parties, and expressly agree to hold CEO-Health harmless and without liability for actions of third parties. Due to inherent risks while utilizing the internet, we offer a more secured fax option.
