Prices
Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB), unless otherwise stated on the basis of exchange rates in effect at the time or publication. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price is about THB 95,000 for male and THB 98,000 for female (around Euro 2,200 or USD 3,100). Similar high-end, comprehensive medical check-up costs over Euro 5,000 in European medical centers.
Terms of Payment:
Due to the sophistication of the procedure, CEO-HEALTH recommends you to plan your program preferably 15 days before the date of your medical assessment. If you wish to organize your program within a shorter time-scale, CEO-HEALTH can do this for you. Please contact us with any questions.
- Program outline: 7-day validity.
After receiving your medical questionnaire, CEO-HEALTH will send you a provisional program outline and its cost. This proposal takes into consideration the number of physicians involved in the process and the required reservation of medical equipment. Therefore, the proposal will be valid for 7 days. - Payment: in advance.
Seven days before Day 1 of the check-up, the net amount of the medical program cost is due, in full. - In case of late reservation (i.e. less than 10 days before the check-up date), Full payment is immediately required upon confirmation of the program and schedule.
Cancellation and Amendment Charges
Cancellation
Depending on when a cancellation is made, the following outlines CEO-HEALTH’s policy regarding refunds.
- Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the day of the procedure will not be subjected to cancellation fee. However a non-refundable charge of THB 3,500 (three thousand Thai Baht) will be deducted to cover administrative costs.
- Cancellations made within 4 days prior to the day of the procedure will be subjected to 50% cancellation fee.
- “No-shows” will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Amendment charges
Any revised schedule will be based on the availability of each practitioner involved. Notice of cancellation or amendments must be made in writing either by fax or email to CEO-HEALTH.
Responsibility
Clients agree to be bound by the rules and the local regulations in force in the Kingdom of Thailand.
CEO-HEALTH accepts no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, delay or other irregularity resulting from the client’s stay in the Kingdom of Thailand.
CEO-HEALTH reserves the right to withdraw, alter or otherwise modify specific programs at any time and without notice.
Force Majeure
A failure to comply or a delay in complying with these terms and conditions by CEO-HEALTH, which is caused by Acts of Gods; Acts of Wars; terrorism, street demonstrations, uprising, political instability, airport closure, strikes; boycott, industrial action or dispute; action or dispute; action in compliance with any act, regulation, ordinance, by-law or permit or with any lawful direction, order or request of any responsible authority or court; or any other cause whatsoever reasonable beyond the control of CEO-HEALTH does not give rise to any claim by the client or cause CEO-HEALTH to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
